The project aim was to design a smartphone app that enhances the experience of Smart City living, in partnership with the O2 Customer Experience Design team.
Smart City is a widely used term to communicate the vision of using digital technologies & services to enhance city living, overcoming complex social problems.

RunSmart, allows enthusiastic student runners to preference factors including air & noise pollution, luminosity levels and population density to generate a unique running route. Boosting overall motivation and health awareness. Using luminosity & particle sensors, microphones and digital signals built into public spaces, such as benches and street lamps, building a comprehensive digital map constantly in harmony with the pulse of the city.
The app allows any user to easily monitor the impacts of city living on their health and provides them the opportunity to improve it.
