This personal project was to design a product or user experience to improve an aspect of student life at university. We decided to create an app that allowed creative students to show potential employers their current portfolio in a professional way.
Having interacted with many students, employers and friends it is hard to professionally show your folio of work when on the move. Often I feel embarrassed scrolling through social media or my photo library to look for a project in front of employers.
Folio me, aims to store your portfolio, CV and video portfolio in one location which can be accessed even with no internet connection. In addition a gallery page allows in progress projects to be displayed effectively.
Displaying your portfolios, CV and contact information in a conveniently accessible location separates your personal life, boosting your professional designer image to potential employers.
